26 bright, spacious, well ventilated stalls, most with windows, indoor and outdoor showers, kitchenette, and laundry facilities.

Indoor Arena

Attached to the barn, 75 ft. x 175 ft., insulated and ventilated, with south facing windows to take advantage of gorgeous mountain views. All purpose footing us a mixture of 2/3 sand, 1/3 Equitread rubber.

Dressage Area

Outdoor Arena
300 ft x 150 ft sand arena with excellent drainage.

Outdoor Dressage Area
footing is a mixture of 1/3 sand and 2/3 Equitread rubber.

Turn-Out

Daily turn-out is provided in 14 spacious grass paddocks.
